Assignment Status

The assignment statuses and transition criteria are described below.

Available

The assignment has been created but hasn't yet been started.

When started, the assessment transitions to In Progress.

In Progress

An assignment that has been started, but completion is less than 100%.

Pending Review

The assignment status is set to Pending Review if all these conditions are met:

• The assignment is 100% complete,
• Allow Auto Export is set to No, and
• Any steps have a review pending (these can be steps with or without VoiceNotes or memos).

The assignment stays in Pending Review until the review is originated. At that time, the status changes to In Review.

In Review

The assignment is actively being reviewed.

When the review is completed, the status transitions to Export Pending.

Export Pending

The assignment status is set to export pending in either of the following cases:

• Allow Auto Export is set to No:
  • Assignment is 100% complete,
  • There are no steps to review (or all steps with a pending review have been reviewed).
• Allow Auto Export is set to Yes:
  • The steps don't require review and the status is set to Export Pending as soon as completion reaches 100%.

The assignment remains in this status until it is exported. Once exported, the assignment moves to completed.

Complete

The assignment status is Complete after the assignment has been reviewed and exported.

An assignment can be marked Complete from any previous status by using the Close Out an Assignment function.
